The Problem
A lot has changed for Acacia since it started. Their old brand no longer reflected who they were and what their business had become.
After creating a new logo and forming a better understanding of their beliefs and brand personality, they engaged us to help update the look and feel of their website to match the young, modern and innovative search consultancy they had become.
They also needed a client portal that allowed them to manage their candidate recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, data security and letting them become paper-free.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a new website that expressed who they are, what they do and where they want to take their business in the future. The ability to feature case studies via the 'right person, right job' ethos was a central component of the new design.
We then turned our attention to the client portal. What we have built for them is more efficient, reliable and auditable than the manual system of emails and documents they were using. The portal allows them to manage all their clients, clients' jobs and candidates for those jobs all in the one place. All associated documents and information is securely stored and easily accessible. By digitising a key internal process they have been able to manage their recruitment more efficiently, with the same being true for their clients.
