The Problem
When Cleverly Laundry first approached us in 2014, they had a brief that was quite technical in nature. A full ecommerce solution that was customised to suit their specific requirements and captured their entire online fulfillment process.
They also needed the system to be integrated with their shipping partner, one of the largest logistics companies in the world, via an API, and a website that was simple to use for their non-technical staff.
Our Solution
The result was an ecommerce store that was specifically designed, developed and themed to allow them to easily sell, track and ship their goods. Using Drupal 7, we developed a custom Drupal module to integrate into their shipping partner's API, so all sales are automatically fulfilled by them. Orders and their status are updated immediately via the API and they are able to instantly process and return orders.
Non technical staff are able to manage the entire inventory with ease. Every product can have variations like size and colour with pricing varying accordingly. Orders and returns can all be managed by their staff from the backend. Finally, we tightly linked the website to Google Analytics to track conversions and monitor how their advertising spend has been performing.
