The Problem

Plunkett Homes wanted to rebrand their business to target a different demographic and they wanted more control over their website. They needed to display regional pricing and real-time personalisation for their customer base and they wanted the system to feed back into their marketing and lead management systems. 

Our Solution

We were supplied with new designs and wireframes and from this we created a new website that gave control back to Plunkett Homes. Their site was integrated with Marketo to allow them to manage customer personalisation, and the Drupal CMS was designed so that the content on the site could be served to particular regions.

Some of the other functionality included mapping and clustering for display homes, responsive design for mobiles, AJAX filtering for home designs and Tealium integration for customer data.

Since launching the new site their verified leads have increased substantially and they have launched a sister brand - Domain by Plunkett (which we also made).
